The deadline for application to the 2010 NEM Summit exhibition has been extended to June 30, 2010. To date, 10 european projects have applied.

R&D projects funded under the FP6 / FP7 programmes of the European Commission (or other related programmes), addressing network and electronic media technologies and ICT at large are offered the opportunity to exhibit free of charge at the 2010 NEM Summit.

In this purpose, projects are invited to answer  a call for exhibition. Notification of acceptance will be given by July 15, 2010.

To apply for an exhibition area free of charge, please fill-in the below form. Do not hesitate to contact us for any query you may have. In case the application is selected, the exhibitor commits to register at least 2 delegates (at a cost of 320 euros each) before July 31, 2010, while the 2010 NEM Summit Organising Committee will provide the exhibitor with:

• an exhibition area free of charge (from a poster area to a 9 m2 stand depending on what will be exhibited)
• a free access to the Internet in the exhibition area
• visibility (logo and url) on the NEM Summit website
